Opening Door to Home Office

All people deserve a safe place where they are seen, known, understood, and accepted. At Reclaim U Counseling, we work with individuals to reclaim the fulfilling life they desire. We utilize a trauma-sensitive, attachment-based approach to counseling. Additionally, we utilize evidence-informed modalities with a primary focus on Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT®).

We are now offering - IASIS Micro-Current Neurofeedback:

IASIS MCN is a treatment for the brain that targets the parasympathetic nervous system, and is designed to disentrain the brain so that it may break out of frozen states that perpetuate maladaptive responses. IASIS is an FDA registered system that has been funded for rigorous scientific study (including a current VA Merit Study).
IASIS MCN is a form of treatment that uses low intensity pulses of energy imperceptible to the person receiving treatment. This tiny pulsating current helps the brain to achieve a healthier state by dis-entraining the brain and nervous system. “Stuck” patterns are disrupted, and the brain responds by laying down new neural pathways. Nothing more than sitting still for 20-30 minutes is required.

Out of Network Provider:

Reclaim U Counseling is an out of network provider (OON). There are costs and benefits to accepting services with OON providers. Health insurance companies may or may not reimburse counseling services with an OON provider. However, some benefits to working with an OON provider entail the provider's ability to craft a fitting treatment plan that best serves clients' needs and goals (services are not restricted to specific counseling approaches to address predetermined problems), enhanced privacy (we are not required to provide diagnostic codes, clinical information such as treatment plans, summaries, or copies of client records to insurance companies), and often, clients have quicker access to treatment (advanced authorization is waived, and fewer waitlists).

Superbills:

Reclaim U Counseling provides Superbills upon client request for clients to submit to their insurance.

No Surprise Act:

As of January 2022, the 'No Surprise Act' became effective for healthcare providers to increase price transparency; thereby, reducing surprise medical bills. This Act requires healthcare providers to provide a 'good faith estimate' of the costs for a scheduled service or upon request prior to services for individuals who are either uninsured or aren't planning to submit a claim to their insurance for the services they’re seeking. *This is not a contract* For more information regarding the No Surprise Act legislation please visit https://www.cms.gov/nosurprises
